The world is becoming increasingly international. The Internet allows you to talk to people all over the world and receive news from all over the world. Everything seems to be international. Expats, immigrants and international students are therefore often lumped together under the term 'internationals'. Internationals are not a new phenomenon. For centuries, students have travelled around the world to learn new things and people have moved permanently or temporarily to other countries for all sorts of different reasons. Without them, life would never have been what it is today.
